My Role:As the Director of Tactical Fitness my role is to focus heavily on the needs of the combat athlete. As a 12 year member of the armed services it brings me great pleasure to have a chance to work with the greatest fighting force the world has ever known. Creating a memorable experience for all those I meet is my number one goal!
Favorite FX Well Moment: Running through group stretching exercises my first day before our team meeting. Let’s just say I wasn’t dressed for the occasion in my dress shoes and slacks as I “Superman / Banana’d” all over the carpet in city garage. This place lives by the tenants it preaches and it is inspiring to see!
Personal Inspiration: You are only as good as the people you surround yourself with. I have the biggest cheerleader in my corner in the form of my wife and within this company have been surrounded by an amazing assortment of talent and passion. Here’s to an exciting journey!
Outside of the Job: I train heavily in mixed martial arts, teach self defense, am an avid Batman aficionado and love creating amazing experiences with my wife and three crazy dogs! We have tornado chased, slept in a hotel made completely of ice, and the list just keeps growing.
My Role: As a copywriter, I help maintain the voice for the FX Well brand and make sure that voice is heard loud and clear in all of our communications. I develop all types of content and love taking fitness concepts provided by our team and making them easily digestible and appealing to a wide audience. The potential to help someone get interested in their personal wellness for the first time is really exciting to me!
Favorite FX Well Moment: Hands down working with our Virtual Training team to develop the materials for our Virtual Training program. Their drive to help people transform their health and fitness is so palpable, and being able to play a part in developing a piece of that program has been amazing.
Personal Inspiration: Reading! I will read anything I can get my hands on. I find that reading and learning new things helps me bring a fresh perspective to everything I do.
Outside of the job: I love spending time with friends and family, hanging with my dog, hiking, camping, skiing, listening to podcasts, going to shows...the list goes on.
