My Role: So many people struggle to balance food as a source of fuel and as a source of pleasure and I want to help change that! I use a non-dieting approach to teach people how to enjoy nutritious food, improve their relationship with food, and generally take control of their health and bodies.
Favorite FX Well moment: It’s difficult to choose a single memory, but one of my favorite experiences was when we traveled to Indiana to work with the U.S. National Guard. It was just a great example of how every team member brought their skill set to the table to produce an incredibly engaging program. It felt great to give back to the people who keep us safe every day and it was a fun team bonding experience. At the end of our last day in Indiana, we all crammed into a tiny boat on the lake behind our cabin and paddled around in the middle of a rainstorm. Every one of us was dying from laughter at how ridiculous it was!
Personal Inspiration: I'm constantly inspired by the people around me. Not only am I surrounded by some of the nation's most successful athletes, businesspeople, and public service leaders, but I am fortunate to work with an extremely driven, passionate TEAM and dedicated clients. When others around you strive to be the best they can be every single day, it pushes you to do the same. It’s contagious!
Outside of the Job: In my spare time, you can find me trying out new restaurants, cuddling with my mini goldendoodle Tucker, reading a good mystery novel, running around the Baltimore Harbor, or planning my next trip to Europe.
